1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to gk99. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and gk99 ("Company", "we", "Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the gk99 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document.

2 Account Eligibility

Gk99 services are open only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country.
• You are not currently listed on any prohibition or sanctions list issued by any relevant authority.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the GK99 platform is lawful under the regulations of your local jurisdiction.

3 Account Rules

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) gk99 account only. Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different names — including using different IP addresses, different devices, or different bank card details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. Required details include your full name, identification card number, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

• The account name must match the name of the bank cardholder used for transactions.
• You must complete the KYC verification process when requested, including submitting copies of your identification documents.
• Your account password is entirely your responsibility. GK99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
• Any suspicious account activity must be reported to the GK99 support team within 24 hours.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

GK99 accepts a wide range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and USDT. All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

For withdrawals, GK99 is committed to processing withdrawal requests in under 5 minutes for local e-Wallets. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving bank.

• The bank account or e-Wallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as the GK99 account holder.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set according to the selected payment method and will be displayed during the withdrawal process.
• GK99 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual or high-risk.
• Any charges imposed by payment providers or banks are the sole responsibility of the user.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during system maintenance may experience temporary delays.

5 Bonus & Promotions

GK99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special promotions tied to tournaments or specific events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and eligibility conditions set for each offer.

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.

• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

6 Wagering Rules

• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled or amended except under specific circumstances permitted by gk99 policy.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Gk99 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on our platform:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games (collusion).
• Exploiting bugs or technical system errors — any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• Using stolen credit or debit cards, another person's bank account, or any unauthorised payment method.
• Attempting to upload or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code to GK99's systems.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security controls or restrictions implemented by gk99.
• Placing wagers intended to launder money or conduct illegal financial activities.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

GK99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to a breach of any term in this document.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the gk99 support team. Prior to account closure, all outstanding rollover requirements must be completed and any eligible balance must be withdrawn.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administration fee in accordance with the current policy.
• Upon account termination, relevant data will be retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements and the gk99 privacy policy.
• Users whose accounts have been terminated due to violations are not permitted to re-register without written authorisation from gk99.

9 Liability Limits

GK99 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, delays, or errors beyond our control.

• GK99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform.

• GK99 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence or failure to safeguard your login credentials.

10 Terms Amendment

GK99 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time due to operational requirements, legal changes, or service improvements. Any material changes will be communicated to users via a notice displayed on the platform or via registered email.

11 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to gk99 services are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
